Target’s New Holiday Campaign Focuses on Light, Magic & Affordability

Target has kicked off its holiday campaign that supports the retailer’s focus this holiday season: gifts and everyday holiday decor for under $25.

The new campaign includes a series of video spots that highlight the magic of the holidays through the basics that people love including lights, magic and Thanksgiving. The simple design is clear and highlights the joy of the holidays for affordable prices. The campaign, which includes hundreds of :30, :15 and :6 second spots, will run across channels including linear TV, digital, video, social and more.

In addition, the price-focused digital spots, Target has also created enhanced in-store and online experiences this season including a new, immersive 360° shoppable experience on Target.com that is designed to help shoppers with curated gift guides. The company’s annual “Top Toys” list includes many items for under $25, including toys from brands such as Star Wars, Lego, Hot Wheels and Disney’s 100th anniversary celebration line. Target has developed an immersive online shopping experience where consumers can explore a virtual room full of the Top Toys, along with well-brands such as Barbie and Play-Doh. Consumers can directly purchase products from the room for pickup or delivery.

Additionally, the retailer is hosting “Target Wonderland: Bullseye Top Toys Adventure,” a traveling toy-filled holiday event in NYC, Dallas and Los Angeles.
