J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., Amazon, Wells Fargo, Deloitte and PwC lead LinkedIn’s Top Companies of 2024 list.
The 8th annual list highlights “the 50 best large workplaces to grow your career in the U.S. right now.” The data is compiled by using LinkedIn data, which measures career success at a company based on promotion rates and skill development among employees at each company.
Various financial services including Bank of America, Mastercard, Capital One, Visa, Fidelity and American Express made the list, as did CPG brands Kraft Heinz, Procter & Gamble and PepsiCo. Telecommunications brands AT&T and Verizon ranked in the Top 10. General Motors was the only automotive company to make the list and rental car brand SIXT was the only travel company on the list.
“This year’s honorees are proving that investment in the employee experience is vital in today’s workplaces,” read LinkedIn’s post. “Whether it’s launching upskilling initiatives or offering flexible working arrangements, these are the companies leading the way in not only attracting workers, but retaining them in our ever-changing world of work.”
