Jay is an accomplished marketing leader with over 25 years of experience. As senior vice president of global media at Mastercard, he oversees the brand’s paid media investments worldwide and governs the relationship of the company’s agencies of record.

Bringing extensive knowledge to bear, Jay is focused on elevating brand affection and impact – while driving greater efficiency and sustainability across efforts. Prior to Mastercard, Jay led Samsung’s Global Media and Partnerships division, as well as Unilever’s Global Media Innovation group.

Amid the internet boom of the late 1990s and early 2000s, Jay played a key role in driving the digital media transformation for several brands while working with marketing agencies like Starcom and PHD, and internet start-up company Agency.com. Jay has developed award-winning media campaigns for beloved consumer brands like Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, Kraft and Discovery Networks.

Jay graduated from the University of Arizona with Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and marketing. After spending years in the United Kingdom, Jay and his family have returned to the United States and reside in New York. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring the great outdoors with his family and their lovable havapoo pup, Graham Cracker Max.
