She leads commercialization, partnerships, and revenue growth for the business, helping scale a platform that connects millions of athletes, families, and teams.
Cynthia is a commercial and marketing executive known for transforming marketing into a predictable growth engine for consumer businesses. Her approach combines brand building, product marketing, and performance marketing with modern technology stacks, disciplined operating models, and high-performing teams.
Over the past decade she has helped scale some of the most recognized consumer and fintech platforms, including Gilt, Bonobos, Walmart, and MoneyLion, leading global organizations of up to 150 people and consistently turning marketing into a driver of revenue, profitability, and shareholder value.
At Walmart, Cynthia helped launch Walmart+, the retailer’s first membership program, delivering 76% higher revenue per member, and helped scale Online Grocery to $12B in revenue during the COVID-19 pandemic. At MoneyLion, she rebuilt a global marketing organization into a profit center—reducing customer acquisition costs by 25%, doubling quarterly revenue, and moving the app from #85 to #1 in the App Store.
Cynthia began her career in brand management at Nestlé Mexico and later worked in strategy at Boston Consulting Group after earning her MBA from Harvard Business School.
She has been recognized as CSA Top Women in Tech (2020), Brand Innovators Women to Watch (2021), and an International Women’s Forum Fellow (2023).
