Bryan Waddell is the Senior Brand Manager for the Hot Pockets brand at Nestlé USA, where he is known for his expertise in partnership and cultural marketing to drive brand relevance.

As Senior Brand Manager for Hot Pockets, Bryan has established successful partnerships with a diverse range of brands and influencers, enabling the brand to stay on the cutting edge of cultural trends and emerging media platforms alike. His work continues to drive significant growth for the brand and has garnered industry recognition for its innovative approach.

Bryan joined Nestlé in 2018, most recently working as the Head of Creators, Gaming, and Esports at Nestlé’s Center for Marketing Excellence. In this position, he implemented an engagement-first approach that shattered performance benchmarks for CPG brands across popular social media platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and Twitch. His work in this area was driven by a deep understanding of cultural trends and a commitment to creating marketing programs that resonated with diverse audiences.

Prior to working at Nestlé, Bryan held leadership roles at various Columbus-based marketing agencies, working with some of America’s largest brands including Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream, Major League Soccer, REI, Chili’s, Dave & Buster’s, Pizza Hut, Victoria’s Secret, EXPRESS, Bath and Body Works, Red Robin, Kroger, and Wendy’s. He served as COO for Civitas Marketing and was the Creative Technologies Director for Artists with Machines.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Studio Arts from Kent State University and an MA in Emergent Digital Practices from the University of Denver. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, focusing on the organization’s overall growth and digital expansion.
