Brigitte Brady-Harris serves as Vice President of Retention & Loyalty Marketing at the new Bed, Bath & Beyond where she focuses on helping customers make their dream homes come true. Brigitte led the re-brand of Overstock.com to Bed, Bath & Beyond and is currently leading the expansion of Beyond, Inc.’s (NYSE: BYON) portfolio of ecommerce brands. Previously, Brigitte led Brand & Retention Marketing for Sunbasket, the nation’s top-rated healthy meal delivery company. Prior to her career in food tech, Brigitte was a VP of Brand Marketing for the Pottery Barn brands, a division of Williams-Sonoma, Inc., where she brokered the home furnishing giant’s most high-profile licensing partnerships and collaborations. Brigitte started her career in marketing in global leadership roles at Gap, Inc., Smith & Hawken and a variety of advertising agencies. As a marketing leader for some North America’s most recognized brands, Brigitte has deep expertise in brand strategy, consumer insights, loyalty, and partnerships. She helped launch social media for Pottery Barn and continues to serve in an advisory role on all digital, content and community efforts for startups.
