Bill Carrig is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Little Words Project where he oversees daily operations and collaboration across channels. Prior to joining the company in 2021, Bill worked within notable finance organizations including Johnson & Johnson and more recently, Blackstone, where he served as Vice President of Business Development.
Bill has been rooting for Little Words Project since its 2013 inception in his role as supportive husband of CEO & founder, Adriana Carrig. He’s famously credited with being part of the original “basement beading crew” as well as naming the brand.
When he’s not focused on building up Little Words Project’s mission of spreading kindness, Bill can be found hanging at his New Jersey home with family—two young sons, Ford and Jett, and wife Adriana.
