As McDonald’s Vice President and Chief Loyalty, Engagement & Media Officer, Allegra Krishnan oversees the company’s global Loyalty, Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), Personalization, Martech/Adtech, Customer Data Strategy, Media & Market Activation teams. In this role, she leverages solutions as a path to long-term brand Loyalty, with interactions that go beyond transaction value and result in deeper, emotional connections between customers and McDonald’s. Since joining McDonald’s in 2021, Allegra has been the driving force behind MyMcDonald’s Rewards, McDonald’s global loyalty program which continues to fuel growth and exceed expectations in over 50 countries around the world.
Growth is central to Allegra’s personal brand. Always curious to learn, Allegra utilizes her expertise in Loyalty and CRM in partnership across McDonald’s Global Marketing, Technology and Operations teams with the goal to create the largest, most customer-centric Loyalty and CRM program in the world. She leads with a customer-centric approach with the aim to always put the customer at the center – from how the solutions are built to how customers are engaged every step of the way with the McDonald’s brand.
Prior to joining McDonald’s, Allegra led Loyalty, Payments & Consumer Insights at Sephora, a beauty products company with locations in 35 countries worldwide. As part of her role, she was responsible for and consistently reinvented and reimagined the award-winning Beauty Insider program to keep pace with customers’ shifting expectations. Prior to Sephora, she was at Gap Inc where in her last role with the company led CRM/Personalization & Payments for the Old Navy brand.
Allegra is based out of Chicago and enjoys time exploring the city and all that it has to offer with her husband Arjun.
