Verizon sweepstakes offers tickets to World Cup & Super Bowl

  • Verizon is kicking off the New Year with a focus on the Super Bowl LX and the FIFA World Cup. The company is offering customers the opportunity to win tickets to both and has new ads promoting these sweepstakes.
  • The Ultimate Super Bowl LX Experience winners will get a VIP experience at the big game, which includes tickets, player meet-and-greets and an on-field experience. The sweepstakes will run January 9-18.
  • The FIFA ticket offering is part of the FIFA Ultimate Access which kicked off in October. David Beckham returns for the spot revealing the latest ticket drop. The sweepstakes will offer tickets in various locations from January 7-11 at 3:00pm ET daily.

With NFL viewership at an all time high, this year’s Super Bowl game offers brands a big stage to connect with fans. Additionally the World Cup will be the biggest ever, running across three countries in North America and 16 host cities.Both opportunities will be available in the My Verizon app via Verizon Access.

This encourages customers to engage with the Verizon platform and try out the app if they have not already done so. The ad is also pushing consumers that are not customers to switch in order to be eligible for the sweepstakes. Non-customers are encouraged to bring their bills from competitors into Verizon stores to switch.
