Zack Jerome serves as GM, Brand Strategy for Microsoft leading the positioning and campaign strategy across the enterprise including for working across key businesses including Copilot, Windows, Surface, M365, and more. 

Previously, Jerome worked for leading agencies such as TBWA/Chiat/Day Los Angeles, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Wieden+Kennedy Portland, where he spent eight years as Group Strategy Director. He later led brand strategy at Apple for Marcom LA, focusing on the Services portfolio, including Apple Pay, Wallet, Card, App Store, Arcade, Maps, Apple One, iCloud, and more. Most recently, he was VP, Brand and Marketing Strategy for Disney+.

Throughout his career, Jerome has partnered with brands including Coca-Cola, P&G, Verizon, Dodge/Chrysler, Toyota, Pepsi, and Activision, creating campaigns that have been awarded Cannes Lions, Webbys, One Show Pencils, Effies and D&AD distinctions.
