Reggie Gustave is a seasoned brand and marketing leader from NYC with over a decade of experience driving growth, innovation, and consumer engagement for some of the world’s most recognized beverage brands. Currently serving as Senior Brand Manager for Jameson® at Pernod Ricard USA, Reggie is Brand Lead for all of Jameson’s Sports and Cultural activation initiatives. This stretches across leading activation strategy, in-store integration, Multicultural marketing and more. Prior to Joining Pernod Ricard Reggie served as Senior Brand Manager for Dos Equis® at Heineken USA, where he led multi-million dollar marketing initiatives, national product innovation, and channel strategy for a portfolio of emerging and legacy beer brands.

His tenure at Heineken has included a high-impact international assignment in Haiti, where he partnered with the local brewery to reshape its 4-year strategic roadmap, develop consumer insight capabilities, and optimize the global stage gate innovation process. This work not only led to the successful launch of three new SKUs, but also earned him a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Reggie has also spearheaded successful product relaunches and innovation pipelines for brands such as Strongbow® Hard Ciders and Amstel Light®, and has led award-winning campaigns across digital, experiential, and media platforms. His leadership on Dos Equis’ college sports marketing platform, including partnerships with the College Football Playoffs, NCAA teams and a number of Playoff bowl games, underscores his ability to connect brands with consumers through culturally resonant storytelling and strategic sponsorships.

Before joining Heineken, Reggie held brand management roles at Coca-Cola and Riviana Foods, where he oversaw innovation projects, national product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns across diverse consumer categories. His early career experience includes a marketing internship with the New York Jets, reflecting a longstanding passion for sports and entertainment marketing.

Reggie holds an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, with additional specializations in Business Analytics and General Management. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from St. John’s University in New York, where he was a President’s Society honoree and NCAA Division I track & field athlete. An active community leader and life member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Reggie has served as a chapter president and new chapter charter member. His dynamic career blends strategic thinking, cross-cultural leadership, and a passion for building brands that resonate with consumers across markets.
