Piedad leads the Brand Insights and Strategy team at Grubhub, where she drives the development of the strategic framework for the Grubhub and Seamless brands, integrates data-driven insights into marketing initiatives, and manages brand health measurement and impact.
Prior to Grubhub, Piedad led Google’s Human Truths team, delivering unique insights to global advertisers by integrating Google data and qualitative research to reveal consumer motivations, behaviors, and needs.
Her earlier experience in the marketing and advertising industry includes leadership positions at R/GA, Digitas, and Digitas Health. In these roles, she established and scaled data-led practices that informed creative and campaign strategies, and evaluated performance for a wide portfolio of clients. She holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a BS in Systems and Computer Engineering from the Universidad de Los Andes in Bogota, Colombia.
