Phil Dauchy is responsible for Brand Strategy, International Marketing Planning, and Research at Cadillac. Prior to joining Cadillac seven years ago, Phil held Marketing Launch, Research, and Advanced Product Planning positions at Kia, Toyota, and Lexus. Before auto, Phil was a consultant with Accenture in Process and Strategy verticals.
Driven by passions for customer understanding, marketing strategy, and automotive product planning, led Phil to realize his childhood dream of working for Cadillac – a brand he has loved since he purchased his great grandfather’s 1965 Coupe de Ville at the age of 16 and still owns to this day. In his current role, Phil sets the customer profile for all product programs, directs brand/vehicle positionings, and coordinates marketing activities across the globe.
He earned a Master’s in Business Administration specializing in Marketing Strategy from the University of Southern California and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Colgate University.
