Paulie Dery is Chief Marketing Officer at AG1, a global health company focused on foundational nutrition. In his role, Dery is responsible for elevating and driving the company’s global brand and storytelling initiatives to drive profitable growth while staying true to its values. Dery brings over 20 years of global marketing experience to AG1 and a deep understanding of premium brands and products, community, and best-in-class customer experience. Dery previously served as CMO of YETI, where he built the premiere outdoor marketing department, product design, retail stores, and its in-house agency of the year for the industry leader. Before YETI, Dery oversaw Uber’s transition from start-up to IPO as Global Executive Creative Director. Prior to Uber, he served as Group Executive Creative Director at R/GA in New York, one of the world’s top creative agencies. As an Australian, he began his career in Sydney at M&C Saatchi.
