Patrick Werksma is the Co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer at PlayBooked, Inc., an NIL agency renowned for its expertise in athlete influencer marketing on a grand scale. Since the dawn of NIL, Patrick, alongside the PlayBooked team, has been at the forefront, notably for monetizing the first athlete in the NIL era, Chloe V Mitchell, a co-founder of PlayBooked. The agency prioritizes equipping athletes with the skills needed to become exemplary brand ambassadors and creators of compelling, cost-efficient, user-generated content.

Patrick embarked on the PlayBooked journey with his partners at the onset of the pandemic in early 2020. His pre-PlayBooked career was in the entertainment sector, where he excelled as an Executive Producer, orchestrating the financial backing for both scripted and unscripted projects. His foray into influencer marketing began in Los Angeles during the social media boom, assisting content creators in capitalizing on their substantial followings on the now-defunct Vine platform. Patrick’s academic background is in Media Communications, with a minor in International Relations from Grand Valley State University, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
