Olivia Ross is an accomplished marketing professional who’s led profitable growth for billon dollar QSR brands through marketing innovation, digital transformation, integrated strategy, and brand positioning. Olivia’s work has led her to be recognized across the industry, including being named an AdAge Leading Woman, QSR Magazine’s Digital Disruptors, QSR Magazine’s Young Leaders to Watch, Brand Innovators 40 under 40, and Adweek’s Rising Marketers.
Olivia is currently the Director of Growth and Digital Innovation at El Pollo Loco where she leads the organization’s digital and media strategies. Since joining the El Pollo Loco team, Olivia has led El Pollo Loco’s digital transformation; launching a new loyalty program, redesigning the brand’s digital platforms, introducing kiosks in restaurant, and evolving their approach to media.
Previously, Olivia held positions with notable QSR brands including Director of Marketing at Halo Burger, where she led the redesign of the company’s identity and purpose. She also worked as a Marketing Manager for Wendy’s, where she oversaw the planning of regional and national initiatives.
Olivia holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Northwood University and a marketing certification from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She currently lives in the Greater Detroit Area.
