Nili Klenoff is executive vice president of Commerce Media and Innovation at Mastercard, operating within Mastercard’s Services business. Nili is responsible for leading the company’s Commerce Media business, bringing advertisers and brands a new channel to reach consumers with tailored content across a network of participating publishers.
Nili has spent nearly 20 years bringing innovative solutions to market at scale with a focus on creating seamless consumer and merchant experiences across channels and markets. She has held senior roles within Mastercard’s Identity business as Head of Global Authentication Solutions, which included launching Mastercard’s first ever Biometrics Program bringing biometric standards for payments to in-store merchants and AI-powered identity verification delivered through the network. Before that, she led Mastercard’s In-store Merchant Payments products group, scaling contactless consumer adoption to one in two in-person transactions globally, as well as the company’s first-ever launch of cloud Point of Sale technology helping merchants turn their own smartphones into contactless point-of-sale terminals. Prior, Nili held roles enabling seamless and secure e-commerce checkout through Mastercard’s digital wallet and tokenization solutions. Nili has led products and businesses across Mastercard’s 210 countries, scaling many to billions of transactions.
Prior to Mastercard, Nili held positions in loyalty solutions and digital marketing at Citibank and American Express, with a focus on consumer acquisition and engagement. Nili holds an MBA in Marketing and Product Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in English Literature from Columbia University.
