Nicole McCormack is SVP/General Manager of Brand Solutions at TeamSnap, where she is building a new model for how brands engage with youth sports at scale. She leads the company’s advertising and sponsorship business, transforming TeamSnap into the largest and most impactful platform for reaching youth sports families—while driving meaningful investment back into the communities that power the future of sports.
Her work sits at the intersection of participation, fandom, and household decision-making—helping brands connect with families in the moments that shape lifelong athletes and fans. Under her leadership, TeamSnap has facilitated more than $20 million in funding back to youth sports organizations, reducing barriers to play and expanding access for the next generation.
Prior to TeamSnap, Nicole held senior leadership roles at Quibi and Flipboard, and led sales organizations at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and IAC. Throughout her career, she has consistently built and scaled new marketing channels at moments of industry transformation.
A former Division I athlete and passionate advocate for women’s sports, Nicole believes the future of sports starts at the youth level—where access, confidence, and opportunity are first shaped.
She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two children and can most often be found on the sidelines of a field…or, when she gets the rare moment, recharging with a good book.
