Michael Riley serves as the Head of Sales and Customer Success at Chalice AI. He launched the sales organization in September 2024 and later expanded his responsibilities to lead the Customer Success division, focusing on delivering AI solutions where partners’ data lives, supported by best-in-industry performance and service.

Before joining Chalice, Michael played a key role in Nativo’s growth as Global Head of Sales, after holding multiple positions including the company’s first Vertical Program Lead, its first Client Innovation Lead, the head of agency partnerships, and the lead for launching Nativo’s insights product and team. He also spent time at Collective Media and at a Detroit-based rep firm, where he helped bring eight media brands to market. Additionally, he pursued entrepreneurial ventures in the telecom industry. Beyond his professional career, Michael has invested in and advised businesses in the tech and hospitality sectors, contributed to charitable initiatives for the Down Syndrome Guild, and served on the boards of the Marcus Graham Project, Adcraft Club of Detroit, and 313 Digital.

Michael has earned recognition for both his sales leadership and his philanthropic efforts.
