Michael Budzisz currently serves as the Vice President of Creative and Innovation at Dick’s Sporting Goods. In this role he oversees the creation and development of new retail concepts and in-store experiences. In addition, he leads the physical integration of the Dick’s Media Network in brick and mortar. Michael believes that great design starts with imagining how product and space can tell a story.
Michael joined the company in 2019 as the Senior Director of In-Store Communications where he established a new internal creative and graphic sourcing model. Prior to Dick’s Sporting Goods, he worked at The Home Depot for over a decade where he led Visual Merchandising and established their in-store creative team.
Michael earned his BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University and is an award-winning fine artist specializing in equestrian painting. He is married to Tiffany, also an artist, and has two daughters, Lily and Penny.
