Matt is the Head of Integrated Media for Kenvue. His team has responsibility for the planning, execution, and optimization of all brand and retailer media as well as the advancement of media capabilities. He also publishes a biweekly newsletter, “Matt’s Hot Take,” where he offers thought leadership around digital marketing, ecommerce, and technology. Prior to his current role, he has built and led teams of embedded digital media, content, and ecommerce experts across the US Skincare portfolio and was the marketing lead for J&J’s Baby portfolio leading the business’s digital transformation and turnaround. Matt began his career at J&J in finance before moving to roles across both brand and digital marketing. Matt holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame as well as an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.
