Luis Garcia is President of Glass Labworks, a next-generation beauty company redefining skincare and haircare through innovation, culture, and community. He leads the company’s overall growth strategy, brand vision, innovation pipeline, marketing, and commercialization efforts as the business prepares for global retail launch.

Previously, Luis served as Chief Marketing Officer at Naterra International, where he led the transformation of brands including Tree Hut—the No. 1 body scrub brand in the United States—and Baby Magic. During his tenure, he oversaw brand marketing, innovation, integrated media, creative development, and product strategy, helping accelerate growth, expand into new categories, and modernize the company’s marketing organization.

With more than 20 years of global beauty and consumer packaged goods experience, Luis is recognized for blending data-driven growth strategies with breakthrough creativity and cultural relevance. His career spans leadership roles across skincare, personal care, and dermatological brands including Cetaphil, Differin, Eucerin, and Aquaphor.

Luis is a frequent speaker at major industry events including the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, ANA, SXSW, Brand Innovators, and Cosmetic Executive Women. He also serves as a delegate to the ANA Global CMO Growth Council, where he advocates for the responsible adoption of AI and the future of modern marketing organizations.

He holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and a bachelor’s degree from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Luis is based in Dallas and works across global markets.
