Kristen Rumble leads brand strategy, creative development, and cultural storytelling for Coca-Cola’s North American sports beverage portfolio, overseeing POWERADE and BODYARMOR—two billion-dollar brands in growth mode. As the creative force behind POWERADE’s resurgence, she helped drive 68 consecutive weeks of growth through the It Takes More platform, blending competitive edge with modern NIL athlete storytelling, including a breakthrough March Madness campaign featuring Flau’Jae Johnson. She also led the transformative rebrand of BODYARMOR Sports Drink, reimagining the brand’s identity, packaging, and launch to establish a bold, modern point of view, reignite cultural relevance, accelerate share growth, and attract new households.

Previously, Kristen was a Partner at Resource/Ammirati where she advised growth brands on transformation, integrated marketing, and creative strategy. She also served as Head of Brand Strategy at IBM IX, leading a cross-functional team at the intersection of technology, culture, and business.
