Kimberly Hairston-Hicks is an award-winning C-suite marketing executive with 20 years of global beauty industry experience. Before joining Sanofi, she was building a new approach to beauty by shifting how the industry prioritized the underrepresented multicultural consumer for Combs Enterprises. Before that, she founded Good Beauté, a skincare company committed to providing Black Women products formulated for melanin-enriched.
Kimberly’s leadership roles have spanned across renowned companies, including Coty, L’Oreal, and The Coca-Cola Company. She also served as the Chief Marketing Officer for a multicultural hair-care portfolio backed by L. CATTERTON COMPANY, further showcasing her expertise and influence in the industry.
She earned her MBA from Clark Atlanta University and her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Kean University. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., she also serves as an advisory board member for Clark Atlanta University and several non-profit organizations.
