Kelsey Newberry is the Vice President of Brand Marketing at eos Products, the iconic Gen Z beauty and personal care brand. She leads key areas of brand marketing including Paid Creative, Creator Strategy, PR, and Brand Partnerships and Activations.
Since joining eos in 2019, Kelsey has played a key role in shaping the brand’s cultural relevance and awareness. She has driven a more efficient and effective media approach, built and scaled the in-house creator team, and led amplification for award-winning campaigns such as “Bless Your F*ing Cooch,” “Second First Kiss,” and “Dirty DMs.” She has also spearheaded eos’s expansion into cultural moments, leading initiatives such as Coachella activations, creator trips, campus pop-up tours, and music tour sponsorships.
Prior to eos, Kelsey built a well-rounded background across both brand and agency environments, managing digital media for Listerine at Johnson & Johnson and leading media planning for clients at GSD&M and Mindshare. In recognition of her impact, she was named a 2024 Business Insider Rising Star.
