Kelsey Kemp supports the innovation insights & foresight team Molson Coors.  Kelsey leads with a consumer first mindset to uncover behaviors and trends that will impact the business and investigates product trends to unlock new opportunities in order to develop our innovation pipeline to meet those consumer behaviors. She has played a direct role in leading the insights and launching of brands such as Simply Spiked and Happy Thursday.

Prior to joining Molson Coors in 2020, Kelsey spent almost 4 years at Ipsos consulting across a wide range of clients.  Kelsey holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from University of Wisconsin La Crosse.

Kelsey is also passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion. She previously co-led the Black Employee Resource Group at Molson Coors for 3 years supporting the recruiting and retainment of talent, helping create connection for employees and driving impact for the organization through volunteering, fundraising and localized support.
