Partnerships at Ampersand, she spearheads growth strategies across major
brands—including Truist, Ted’s Montana Grill, and Inspire Brands. Well-known for
translating complex client needs into impactful solutions, Katie has pioneered new
initiatives such as Ampersand’s Addressable TV solution and contributed thought
leadership to the industry, including authoring a feature in Automotive News.

Previously, at Effectv (formerly Comcast Spotlight), Katie built a reputation for
consultative selling and creative partnerships, consistently exceeding revenue goals
and launching successful multi-platform campaigns for clients like Mazda, McDonald’s,
and the Atlanta Falcons. Beyond her professional achievements, Katie is a dedicated
mentor and community advocate, serving as Mentorship Chair for the Atlanta Broadcast
and Advertising Club and as a founding committee member of Georgia Moms for
