Jwesley has over 13 years of experience crafting marketing and visual strategies. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager of Store Experience Marketing at Target, he leads in-store experience marketing initiatives that elevate and enhance storewide experiences and increase the sense of community and belonging in stores. Through the power of inclusive storytelling, Jwesley cultivates and transforms the shopping experience into memorable moments that inspire discovery.
Before his role at Target, Jwesley honed visual merchandising and visual communications skills at brands Macy’s, Carter’s, Fendi, and Versace, where he delivered compelling in-store presentations.
Jwesley earned his B.A. with a focus on Marketing from Morehouse College and holds an A.S. in Graphic Design from the Art Institute. He is furthering his education through Emory University’s Goizueta Business School Executive MBA program.
