Judy Lee is the Sr. Managing Director of House of Creative, Pinterest’s in-house creative team. She works across teams to build culturally resonant work that inspire Pinners and advertisers, championing creativity, inclusion, and connection. She believes that great creative drives outsized impact for all audiences.
Previously, Judy built and transformed Pinterest’s experiences and events redefining how the company shows up at tentpole industry moments like Cannes Lions by putting creativity at the center. Under her leadership, Pinterest launched breakthrough experiences including Coachella, Pinterest Platz at Davos, pop-up shops in New York and London, global ad summits, and a range of programs that moved people to action through insight-driven storytelling.
Pinterest has been recognized with numerous honors, including Adweek’s Experiential Brand of the Year and the Gerety Award for In-House Creative Team of the Year (2025). A regular speaker on brand experiences, storytelling, marketing, inclusion, and creativity, Judy has served on juries for Cannes Lions, the Effies, and other leading industry awards. Prior to Pinterest, she held senior marketing roles at Meta (Facebook), Pandora, AOL, CNET, and Gap Inc.
Judy resides in Brooklyn, New York and when she’s not saving ideas to her Pinterest boards, she is petting other people’s dogs.
