She currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Saucony, where she develops and executes Sacuony’s global branding initiatives, including brand positioning, direct-to-consumer strategies, advertising, digital strategies, international growth initiatives and expansion of the brand’s global heritage lifestyle business.

Joy has a strong track record of developing profitable solutions driven by consumer data, purchase experiences, and engagement, as well as media and consumer behavior changes. As the Chief Revenue Officer for Havas Media Network North America (HMN NA), Joy led the Client Experience, Growth, and Multicultural teams, enhancing client and operational excellence to maximize value for HMN and its clients.

Before joining Havas Media Network, Joy was the CMO at Kindbody, Inc., a technology-driven fertility clinic network and family-building benefits provider. At Kindbody, she played a pivotal role in architecting the global member utilization strategy and led product development and commercialization.
