Overseeing a team of VPs and Directors focused on Ad Operations, Revenue Operations, Product, and Customer Success, Josh has facilitated continuous revenue growth, client satisfaction, internal efficiencies, and competitive differentiation for parent company Hotspex Media. With an ever evolving digital ecosystem and changing client demands, Josh helped establish and develop a unique product offering designed to be a self-serve tool for media planning and buying teams called ReticleAI. Reticle was born out of the same passion and desire to make advertising better that made Hotspex Media a top growth company as ranked by Deloitte and an AdAge Best Places to work 2023. Reticle continues to build a reputation with industry recognition from The Drum as a “best buy-side innovation” and “game changing technology” as well as other individual campaign award wins. Josh has also been named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year nominee, AdAge Top 40 and sits on the board of the UHN Impact Collective. Josh’s greatest accomplishment is his family. When not on calls or flying to client meetings, he can be found with his wife and 3 kids going to dance, gymnastics, hockey, golf or playing dolls.
