Jennifer Haught is the Director of Performance and Digital Marketing for the Kitchen and Bathroom North America division at Kohler Co. She has over twenty years of experience in the ever-changing digital industry where she continues to engage and grow as a professional. She has spent time at several worldwide digital agencies such as Publicis and Havas as well as time working directly with brands as their internal expert. She was born in Poughkeepsie, NY and received her undergrad and MBA from Northeastern University. Leading the Performance Marketing team for Kohler has elevated her already enhanced expertise in performance analytics. She is responsible for leading the organization in analytical thinking and introducing new ways of measurement and technology to drive innovation for the brand. For the last year, she has been heavily involved with the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and most recently has a seat on the on the Attention task force, which aims to establish a clear and consistent definition of what attention is, and to develop a set of metrics that measure attention in different contexts and situations. Residing in Fort Myers, FL with her husband, son and Berniedoodle, she enjoys running 5k’s with her friends and spending time with her family.
