As a member of Colle McVoy’s executive leadership team, Gina has played a key role in the agency’s transformation, strengthening client relationships and evolving its capabilities while contributing to a period of record-setting growth and new business performance. Today, she partners with brands and agency teams to unlock new opportunities rooted in creativity, innovations, relationships and business results.
Before joining Colle McVoy, Gina spent seven years at Target leading agency relations and marketing procurement, managing agency partnerships across the company’s marketing ecosystem. Having worked on both sides of the agency-client relationship, she brings a unique perspective on how brands and agencies can build stronger partnerships, create better work and drive greater business impact. Earlier roles in media strategy, publishing and advertising firms helped build the Minneapolis’ marketing community.
