For over 15 years, Fran lead the largest multicultural agency in the country as an award-winning, SVP, Executive Creative Director in Detroit and New York, helping build global brands such as Jeep, Dodge, Chevy, Ford, Lincoln, HAP, Wal-Mart, Corona, Miller, Verizon, Subway, US Census and Bermuda Tourism. Known for his strategic and creative thinking, Fran garnered recognition in the industry for finding uncontested market space and opportunities for his clients’ brands.

As a pivotal architect in the multicultural space, Fran foresaw a shift in the industry, changed hats and is now founder, President and Managing Partner of BLVD Content LLC. (Boulevard) is an advertising, marketing and design agency that develops fully integrated marketing strategies, messaging and content for an ever-evolving market. Boulevard’s current clients are Jeep, Girl Scouts, Detroit Tigers, HAP, Henry Ford Health Systems and Compassion International.

A proud Detroit native, and entrepreneur at heart, Fran has deep roots in the community, with previous landmark businesses Aroma Café’ and Brix Wine bar.

He is also the founder of the Detroit Comeback Kids, an organization dedicated to connecting the citizens of Detroit through creative solutions in and around the metro area. Fran has also held board, committee seats and advisory roles for AD COLOR, Black United Fund (BUF), Xavier University and The DIA Gala.
