Derek Dabrowski is responsible for all brand marketing, strategy, innovation, content, and consumer efforts for Keurig Dr Pepper’s Carbonated Soft Drinks Portfolio. His foray into beverages began in 2007 with Cadbury Schweppes and his encompasses leadership roles on iconic brands like Dr Pepper, Snapple, Canada Dry and 7UP.
In his 18 years of marketing experience, Dabrowski has curated strategies that defined greener driving at Ford Motor Company, grown established brands like Dr Pepper and Canada Dry in the face of category headwinds, and re-positioned beloved brands like Snapple. In his current role, Dabrowski has driven growth across a multibillion-dollar portfolio for Keurig Dr Pepper by embracing modern marketing techniques rooted in data, technology and agility while spearheading efforts to apply them consistently to build brands consumers love.

Dabrowski is a proud Chicagoan living in Dallas, a sports Dad, a loud Spartan, a husband who outkicked his coverage, an aficionado of 80’s movie quotes, and a wannabe rock historian. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
