Dave is the Chief Growth Officer at Mason Dixie Foods bringing over 20 years specializing in lifestyle, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands. In his role, Dave leads the growth strategy and execution across sales, marketing, category and product to bring the brand to the next level.
Dave started his career working with iconic brands such as Red Bull and Mountain Dew. Later, he joined KIND Healthy Snacks as one of the first 25 employees to help contribute over 1,300% growth in a five-year period. Prior to Mason Dixie Foods, Dave led Marketing and Tasting Rooms on the leadership team at hard cider company, Austin Eastciders, during a period where the brand grew from a sub-$1mm brand to $25mm+ annually.
