Dan Conti leads PMG’s sports marketing practice, which bridges the gap between brands and the dynamic world of sports. He is responsible for operating and scaling a full-service sports offering inside of PMG with a depth of marketplace expertise across the entire sports ecosystem, including partnerships with rights holders, broadcasters, publishers, and talent. Leveraging PMG’s expertise in digital innovation and data-driven marketing, his team identifies and creates impactful engagement opportunities for advertisers through sports. 

Conti brings 16+ years of experience in the sports industry sitting at the intersection of sports media and sports sponsorships on the agency, publisher, and talent side. Previously, he built and led the Sports & Live practice at Wavemaker within GroupM, where he negotiated and activated global sports partnership portfolios and integrated sports media investments for brands such as DoorDash, Church & Dwight, Coinbase, US Navy, and Paramount+. 

A proud alumnus of the University of Massachusetts, Dan’s first job out of college in sports was working directly with talent such as Michael Strahan, Joe Torre, and Kenny Smith. Dan is a diehard New York Rangers fan and avid golfer.
