As Brand Marketing Director for Doritos, he leads commercial strategy and consumer engagement for one of the world’s most iconic snack brands, driving growth while shaping how bold ideas translate into sustained value.
Across his career in retail and consumer products, Curtis has revitalized legacy portfolios, built culturally resonant growth platforms, forged transformative partnerships, and launched first-of-their-kind brand experiences. His leadership spans brand management, eCommerce, and retail P&L ownership — giving him a rare end-to-end perspective on how strategy, finance, supply chain, sales, and marketing converge to create competitive advantage.
Curtis is known for challenging conventional thinking and building the organizational conviction required to stand out in crowded markets. He earned his MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business and holds a BA from Graceland University. He lives in Dallas with his wife and daughter, where free time is spent traveling to new places, playing with their Dachshund–Yorkie (Dorkie) rescue and refining the craft of Texas-style brisket.
