Carrie Steele is the Senior Director for Automotive at Reddit, where she leads sales and marketing strategy across the Automotive landscape. A 20-year veteran of Google before joining Reddit, Carrie built trusted partnerships with some of the world’s most recognized brands across categories, and she helped shape the evolution of digital advertising in the Automotive space. 

A seven-year breast cancer survivor, Carrie channels her personal experience into advocacy—supporting others through r/breastcancer, speaking on behalf of Scripps MD Anderson, and sharing her story on podcasts and community panels. She’s deeply passionate about the connection between mindset, self-care, and thriving through adversity.

Based in San Diego, Carrie finds joy in being outdoors, watching her daughter compete as a Division I soccer player, and staying present with family and friends. She approaches both life and leadership with optimism, authenticity, and gratitude.
