Carrie Seifer leads global sales and customer success at IAS, overseeing sales and customer success teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. As Executive Vice President of Global Sales, she brings deep expertise in scaling commercial organizations and driving customer-centric growth worldwide.

Before joining IAS, Carrie served as Chief Customer Officer and General Manager at GWI, a leader in on-demand market research. Her career spans two decades at the intersection of marketing, media, and technology. She previously held executive roles including Chief Revenue Officer at IBM Watson & Weather, where she led global revenue operations, and President of Publicis/Spark Foundry, steering digital strategy, investment, and innovation.

Carrie’s earlier career includes leadership positions at Millennial Media, Meetup, Condé Nast, Vindigo, Sixdegrees, and Wired—where she built and executed go-to-market strategies for some of the industry’s best emerging media companies in social, mobile and AI.

A recognized leader in digital media, Carrie has been honored as an Adweek Media All-Star, one of Business Insider’s 30 Most Powerful Women in Mobile, and a Top Woman in Digital by Cynopsis Media.
Outside of work, she is an active volunteer with organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Breastcancer.org, and Comic Relief. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University.
