Drawing on her extensive background in supply chain, project management, talent and DEI, Candace Barnes brings a wealth of unique experience to her position as Vice President of Diversity, Talent and Culture at Papa Johns International. She catalyzes change and is a demonstrated leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion, learning and development, succession, high potential development, engagement and culture.
Devoted to building upon the existing strong foundation, she helps guide Papa Johns towards continued transformation into a values-driven, diverse, and inclusive employer. She leads the implementation of meaningful programs and projects with her team, cross-functional teams, executive leadership and the Board of Directors. These initiatives align with the company’s emphasis on developing a culture based on inclusiveness, diversity, and success. Together, they foster an ecosystem of connectedness, and such ethos ultimately serves the best interests of employees, customers, shareholders, and franchisees.
Outside of work, Candace enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with friends and family including her husband Jerome, and two daughters McKenna and Scarlett.
