Brandi Pitts is an imaginative brand builder and transformational growth leader. She currently serves as Senior Vice President, Brand Marketing and Media, at Ulta Beauty. She leads brand strategy, social marketing, creative, and media, including the organization’s retail media network, UB Media, to spark discovery and engagement.
Brandi’s experience spans all facets of marketing, including brand management, advertising, digital strategy, eCommerce, and innovation, for leading consumer and technology brands. Prior to joining Ulta Beauty, Brandi was Global Head of Digital Marketing at Meta and Head of Marketing for Meta Elevate, a social impact program dedicated to improving the economic success of Black and Hispanic small businesses. She has also held marketing leadership roles at Ogilvy, Kraft Foods, and Reynolds Consumer Products, where she blended creativity and analytics to drive business impact.
Brandi earned a BBA from Howard University and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. She has been recognized in Brand Innovators’ “Women to Watch in Brand Marketing,” Crain’s Chicago Business “Notable Black Leaders and Executives,” and Path to Purchase Institute’s “Who’s Who in eCommerce.”
Brandi is a Board Director for Employbridge, an Apollo Global Management portfolio company. She also serves on the nonprofit boards of the Chicago Architecture Center and University of Michigan Ross Alumni Board of Governors.
