Bené Eaton is the Chief Marketing Officer at FIGS, the pioneering DTC brand transforming healthcare apparel. FIGS (NYSE: FIGS) is dedicated to celebrating, empowering, and serving the world’s healthcare professionals.

With over a decade of marketing leadership, Bené has spearheaded groundbreaking campaigns for iconic brands in sports and fashion. Renowned for her ability to drive business results, harness innovative marketing tactics, and foster meaningful social impact, she adopts a consumer and community-centric approach in her work. Most recently, she led FIGS’ largest marketing campaign to date celebrating the brand’s partnership with the Team USA Medical Team at the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024. As part of the campaign, FIGS opened a FIGS x Team USA Pop-Up in Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square, which will transition to mainline FIGS presentation after the game.

Bené’s ethos of prioritizing people first, coupled with her spirited and impassioned mindset, underscores her role as a unifying force and cultivator of inclusive, high-performing teams. Prior to FIGS, Bené held key marketing roles at Nike, Ralph Lauren, and Under Armour. She also has experience within agency and non-profit settings. Bené graduated with a BA in Communication & Business from Trinity University and completed her MA at the University of Houston.
