Anuj is a general manager with a decade of experience building billion dollar brands. He is known for delivering focused strategy, P&L leadership and sharp execution. He currently leads Pernod Ricard’s industry-leading mezcal portfolio, including Del Maguey, which pioneered the artisanal mezcal category, and Ojo de Tigre.
Prior to this role, Anuj built his career across global consumer goods and spirits companies including Procter & Gamble and Diageo, where he helped ignite growth for powerhouse brands including Old Spice, Johnnie Walker and Gillette.
Anuj is passionate about developing people and is known as an empowering leader who champions and elevates those around him. He serves on the US Alumni Council for The Marketing Academy, a global nonprofit dedicated to developing the next generation of marketing leaders.
Outside of work, Anuj enjoys practicing yoga, playing tennis, hosting friends for cocktails, tending to the jungle in his apartment and searching for the best pizza in NYC (currently Fini’s lemon ricotta slice with a drizzle of hot honey). He is a graduate of Duke University and lives in New York City.
