Ana Schechtman the Senior Director of Brand Strategy team at Walmart, where she leads brand and cultural strategies and marketing, including how we “put Walmart in culture and culture in Walmart.”
Some of her most recent accomplishments at Walmart include our collaboration with Patrick Mahomes, Barbie, and Becky G; our award-winning brand partnership with Break the Love; and our latest merch ‘drops’ with Midwest Kids, a streetwear brand and the Nuevolution Project, featuring Hispanic creators Roberto Lugo and Wish Me Luck.
She started her career at ad agencies, Havas and BBDO, working in account management for large integrated accounts like Bank of America. She then moved upstream into branding agency, FutureBrand, working with Fortune 50 clients to transition their brand and business assets into modern, contemporary beacons for their business. Most recently, she’s worked at co:collective, a brand transformation and innovation firm for such clients as Under Armour, IBM, and Chewy.com.
