Alina Hamden leads business strategy and operations for EVERFI from Blackbaud’s Strategic Partnerships team. In this capacity, Alina supports organizational success and works with companies to implement innovative community-based solutions that drive measurable and scalable impact. Prior to her time at EVERFI from Blackbaud, Alina worked on U.S. State Department funded diplomacy programs, with a focus on the Middle East and North Africa region. She holds a bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University. Alina currently resides in the Los Angeles area with her husband and two daughters.
