For 20 years, Lee has shaped the #1 name in real estate, leading the transition from print/TV to digital/streaming/social. In her role, she oversees the world-class marketing organization she’s formed under her leadership which is in a constant state of innovation: creating tools to help agents and offices more easily and effectively market themselves to consumers as real estate experts. In 2017, Lee led RE/MAX through a brand refresh of the network’s universally recognized branding – including the iconic RE/MAX balloon. She first joined RE/MAX in 1998 as a Media Buyer/Planner and was quickly promoted to Manager, Regional Advertising. In 2003 she became Senior Manager of Brand Advertising. In 2007, she was promoted to Director, Regional Marketing, and two years later was named Vice President, Brand Marketing and Sponsorships.
