Rob DeSalvo joins Brand Innovators as EVP, growth & strategy

Brand Innovators, the leading community of brand marketers and innovators, today announced that Rob DeSalvo has joined the organization as executive vice president, growth and strategy. In this role, DeSalvo will lead initiatives focused on accelerating the company’s expansion, deepening strategic partnerships and driving long-term value for members and stakeholders.

DeSalvo brings a proven track record of building high-impact growth strategies, forging meaningful industry relationships, and scaling organizations in dynamic and competitive markets. With extensive experience across marketing, media, and brand development, he is well-positioned to help Brand Innovators continue its trajectory as a trusted partner to the world’s leading brands.

Most recently, he served as president of North America at Pixellot, where he expanded the company’s footprint across key sports markets. Prior to that, as chief revenue officer at Perion/Undertone, he led revenue strategy and helped scale the business through new channels and solutions. Earlier in his career, he founded and led RMD Media, a media representation firm serving major national brands.
