Nespresso drops global campaign with Dua Lipa

  • Nespresso has dropped a new global marketing campaign called Vertuo World, which promotes the Nestle coffeemaker’s range of offerings. 
  • The campaign is the first to feature the company’s new global brand ambassador: popstar Dua Lipa.
  • In the ad, Dua bumps into longstanding brand ambassador George Clooney and the two both say the brand tagline “What else” at the same moment, to which he responds, “That’s my line.”

Nespresso is using this new global campaign to highlight its new Vertuo Up machines and the range of coffee products that can be made in the device with a fresh new face, while also paying homage to its classic heritage (Clooney).

The new product and supporting campaign comes as the coffee maker is on an upward trajectory. In 2025, the brand reported $6.48 billion in the full year 2025, up 1.6% year-over-year, with 6% organic growth. Nestle expects this momentum to continue in 2026, per its 2025 earnings report.

The latest ad highlights the product’s colorful range of flavors, which produce coffee drinks that can be enjoyed from morning til night, hot or cold. Dua explains that the drinks are “intense and creamy,” “smooth and balanced,” and “cool and refreshing.”

The brand will be showing up at the Cannes Film Festival with its annual beach activation where the company will set up an experiential activation of the new brand campaign.
