Anne Cambria has most recently joined Levi Strauss & Co as the VP of Global Marketing.   Responsible for the global brand strategy, driving long-term growth by elevating the brand’s cultural relevance, consumer connection, and market leadership worldwide.

Prior to Levi’s Anne was the Senior Vice President of Marketing, Brand, Retail, Creative, and Insights at Sephora, where she led the strategy and execution of the company’s global brand and marketing ecosystem.  Anne played a pivotal role in shaping the retailer’s modern brand platform and cultural relevance. She led the launch of the award-winning We Belong to Something Beautiful” campaign, a defining expression of Sephora’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging that continues to anchor the company’s purpose-driven storytelling.

Prior to Sephora, Anne spent over a decade at Gap Inc., holding leadership roles across Athleta, Old Navy, and Banana Republic. Her experience spans brand marketing, partnerships, strategy, and consumer insights, giving her a uniquely holistic approach to building brands that drive both cultural impact and commercial growth.

Anne earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Santa Clara University and lives in Mill Valley, California.
